• Tax review and strategy plan – reviewing the business to ensure that all allowances are claimed and, review the business and propose more appropriate structures, and achieve the transformation required.
• Cash Flow & Funding strategy – to forecast cash flows and identify and manage and prepare for future pinch points to ensure sufficient cash available (Liquidity) whether from financiers or shareholder. This can also include how and where available cash is used to generate as great a return as possible, given the risk appetite of managers and shareholder.
• Financial Policy Development – Financial policies provide the framework for operation and decisions by management. They include procedures, systems, and processes to guide investment, to help safeguard the company’s cash and assets, to ensure liquidity, to ensure the quality and timeliness of management reports and, to remunerate stakeholders.
